Frequently Asked Questions
Some of our most frequently asked questions are answered here. Feel free to contact us if you need further information
1. What courses does Easy Training 123 offer?
We offer NCFE and NCFE CACHE accredited courses across childcare, early years, residential childcare, and adult care, including qualifications at Level 3 and Level 5. You can view our full range on our courses page.
2. Are your courses officially accredited?
Yes. Our courses are accredited by NCFE and NCFE CACHE, one of the UK’s leading Ofqual-regulated awarding organisations. This means the qualifications you gain are nationally recognised and widely accepted by employers.
3. Do I need any experience to enrol on a course?
It depends on the course. Some qualifications, such as our Level 3 diplomas, are suitable for those new to the sector, while others — like our Level 5 diplomas — are better suited to learners already working in a relevant role and looking to move into leadership. Entry requirements are listed on each individual course page, or you can contact us and we’ll help you find the right starting point.
4. Can I study online, or do I need to attend in person?
Both options are available depending on the course. Many of our qualifications are delivered flexibly online so you can study around work or family commitments, while some courses also offer in-person support. Course pages specify the delivery format, and our team can talk you through what’s available.
5. How long do courses take to complete?
Course length varies, but most of our diplomas are designed to be completed within 52 weeks, giving you plenty of time to study at a pace that fits around your existing commitments. Exact durations are listed on each course page.
6. How much do courses cost, and can I pay in instalments?
Pricing varies by course and is listed on the relevant course page. Please get in touch with our team to ask about instalment or payment plan options, as availability can depend on the specific course.
7. How are courses assessed, and will I need to sit exams?
Most of our courses are assessed through a portfolio of workplace evidence rather than traditional exams, meaning you’ll need to be working, volunteering, or on placement in a relevant setting while you study. This ensures your qualification reflects real, practical competence, not just theory.
8. Will I get a certificate when I finish?
Yes. On successful completion of all course requirements, you’ll receive a certificate from the relevant awarding body (NCFE or NCFE CACHE), confirming your qualification.
9. What if I need support during my course?
All learners have access to support from our expert tutors throughout their course. If you’re studying one of our adult care courses, for example, you may be supported by our top certified instructor, Janice Oliver, who offers guidance both online and in person. You can also contact our team directly at any point if you have questions.
10. How do I get started or ask a question before enrolling?
You can browse our full course listing here, or contact our team directly by email at admin@easytraining123.com or by phone on 0208 2404474. We’re happy to talk through which course is the right fit for your goals before you enrol.
