2. Enrolment and Eligibility

2.1 By enrolling on a Course, you confirm that the information you provide (including your name, contact details, and any eligibility information) is accurate and complete.

2.2 Some Courses may have minimum age requirements, entry requirements, or require you to be working, volunteering, or on placement in a relevant setting. It is your responsibility to check you meet these requirements before enrolling.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrolment at our discretion, including where a learner does not meet the entry requirements for a Course.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Course fees are as stated on our website at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but changes will not affect Courses you have already enrolled on and paid for.

3.2 Full payment (or an agreed instalment plan, where offered) is required to access Course materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 You may cancel your enrolment within 14 days of purchase in line with your statutory right to cancel, provided you have not already started or accessed a substantial part of the Course materials.

4.2 Once you have begun accessing Course materials, refunds may be reduced or unavailable, reflecting the value of materials and support already provided.

4.3 Refund requests should be made in writing to admin@easytraining123.com. We will confirm receipt and process any eligible refund within a reasonable timeframe.

4.4 This clause does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

5. Course Access and Delivery

5.1 Courses may be delivered online, in person, or through a blended format, as described on the relevant Course page.

5.2 We aim to provide continuous access to online Course materials but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for access issues caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including internet outages or third-party platform issues).

5.3 Where a Course offers “lifetime access” to materials, this means for as long as Easy Training 123 continues to operate and make the relevant materials available, and is subject to these Terms.

6. Assessment and Certification

6.1 Certification is awarded on successful completion of the Course requirements, including any assessments, portfolio evidence, or examinations specified for that Course.

6.2 We do not guarantee that any learner will pass a Course or receive certification; outcomes depend on the learner’s own performance and engagement with the assessment requirements.

6.3 Where a Course is accredited by NCFE, NCFE CACHE, or another awarding body, certification is issued subject to that awarding body’s own rules and quality assurance processes, which are outside our direct control.

7. Learner Conduct

7.1 You agree to engage with your Course honestly and in good faith, including submitting your own original work for any assessed portfolio evidence.

7.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to a Course, without refund, in cases of misconduct, plagiarism, abusive behaviour towards staff or other learners, or breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All Course materials, content, and resources provided by Easy Training 123 are protected by copyright and remain our property (or that of our licensors).

8.2 You may use Course materials for your own personal study only. You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce Course materials for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

9. Data Protection

9.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9.2 By enrolling on a Course, you consent to us processing your personal data for the purposes of Course administration, assessment, and certification, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

10.3 We do not guarantee employment outcomes, career progression, or any specific result from completing a Course.

11.1 We may update Course content, structure, or delivery format from time to time to reflect changes in awarding body requirements or best practice, without materially reducing the value of the Course.

11.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrolment will apply to that enrolment, unless we are required to apply updated Terms by law or regulatory requirement.
