Throughout her career within the education and training sector since 2006 Janice has supported learners and organisations, her specialisms being Adult care; Business; Childcare; and Assessment and Education.

She has supported several Independent Training providers and social care providers, which included supporting learners, staff and managers in terms of delivery of programmes; creating bespoke programmes to meet the needs of the organisation; in terms of accredited and non-accredited qualifications, the delivery must be in line with the scheme of work.

For the last 10 years, Janice has held various positions for organisations including OFSTED Nominee; Head of Quality and Lead IQA; all of these positions have been within the Independent Adult Training sector and her qualifications specialise in Adult Care; Child Care and Business.

Janice worked within the capacity of associate External Verifier on behalf of two Awarding bodies; the specialism that she occupies relates to Adult Care; Children and Education and Training; within these roles, she supports centres to ensure that their teaching, assessment and internal quality processes and procedures are compliant with the awarding body and OFQUAL.

In addition to working within the educational and training sector within management positions; I have supported domiciliary care providers since May 2018 as a Quality Manager and Registered Manager; also I support an Independent Fostering Agency as a Training Coordinator.

Janice Oliver, the director, works with several tutors and facilitators with a similar employment history as she does.
